So we been dreaming about this house for less then $70 000, but it. is not going to happen. Our five years paying almost a thousand dollars every month for an apartment, being at the same jobs the entire time, does not mean anything cause we screwed our credit scores up. Take this as a warning. Treat your score like you would treat your baby.. Pamper it. and love it. without a good score noone will even give you a second, much less money, nomatter that you half your monthly payments compared to what you been paying EVERY month!
Well now we are looking at a tiny house for less then thirty thousand, but its fruitless.. Noone will listen, and our score is not getting better cause rent sucks up so much money each month that we cant make payments on our debt. It. seems hopeless.

A lil hope

Today I was whining to a woman I work with about the getting a house situation.she told me her husband know people that might be able to help. I am in no way tooo proud to get help. Afterall they have to put down faith, but oo am the one having paid twice as much every months for five years with less pay. The risk is really very small for that small of a loan.

How about McKinney?

Found the cutest lil house around 50 k actually three and I love them all... I want to move like yesterday. But the creditscores need to move up some. Blah.. it's so close I can almost touch it with my fingertips... 50 k.. I mean.. I wish I had a good car and could sell it or something, 50 k should not stand between a family in despare and a happy one right? Or am I wrong?

Cold or allergie.. who cares?

Every year I seem to get this horrid stubborn cold that developes to plemonia if I don't watch it. So people say allergies? Well I do take allergy medication and it DOES help so prolly, end result is the same no matter what.
I was around in Plano today and had my trusty lil android smart phone with me, so while my worse half is driving I am using the realter site look for all houses for sale a lile from where I am the whole way and geeze.. houses in plano is a lot of money! Maybe we could consider a townhouse or something, I am not too hot on that idea though. Rather take a half fallen crows nest that have personality and privacy over some fancy in the middle of the city modern hideout. Saw one that the kitchen looked like a very fancy... a very fance BATHROOM.. what are people thinking? I mean.. common... bathroom?

All for nothing?

Ok so here we are, I know I have five months to find our place to live, but I am getting just a little discuradged. Around this area they just seem too far off our budget (wich is as small as possible) Yes I know you get what you pay for... But we are not looking for a castle. As long as things like fondation, electric, roof and pipes are allright, we will fix kitchen, bathrooms, walls and floor ourselves.
We are after all fairly young and handy, besides we got our own ideas anyway, like I hte capets, can just barely tolerate them in the bedroom so I wanna change that.. gas cooktop is out of the question, I want electric glass top.

 Well... we keep looking.. and while we do.. looking into more about solar panels and woodworking (hubby allready obsessed with what shed he wanna build.. dang I hope the garden is gonna be big enough lol)
